Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times:
    •    Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    •    Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 (before taxes and discounts).

Local Pickup (if applicable)
Choose local pickup at checkout to skip shipping! You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Pickup is located in Stromsburg, NE.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need help, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist!

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
